This adorable dress is by Leanimal who is Leanne Marshall project runway contestant. She says "I call it "Holy bajeezus!" because it's sooo soft and comfortable, you won't believe it!". We agree, it's made from super soft, and stretchy cotton jersey.

Drawstring at flouncy hem tightens or loosens as desired.

Length from top of shoulder to hem is 34". Small will fit up to a 32" bust. Medium will fit up to a 35" bust. Large will fit up to a 40" bust.
