We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us, we will find a solution. Custom orders are not returnable. If the item is defective please message us and we will work hard to accommodate you. Lead time is a general time frame, if you have a specific deadline just contact us and we'll see what's possible.
Shipping
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the USPS tracking number. Expedited shipping is always an option. We ship daily and can send you a PayPal bill for the extra fees.
International: There is a $13 flat rate charge for international shipping. Orders shipped out of the US may be delayed by customs. Please consider that your country may impose additional taxes and fees as a result of ordering from the US. We suggest that you contact your country's customs office if you have questions. We will not accept any returns due to custom fees.
